There are a number of options to get help quickly...
  • If you've never seen a psychologist before you may want see your GP for a referral.  Your GP may know you well and is often a good person to discuss your concerns with.  Ask the receptionist to book a double appointment which will give your GP time to discuss the referral.
 
  • If you are unable to make an appointment with your GP you can call us directly on the number above to make an appointment.
 
  • If you are feeling at risk of suicide please call MHERL (Metropolitan Emergency Response Line) on 1300 555 788 or visit your local hospital's emergency department for immediate assistance.
